Mr. Rosen is a longtime resident of King County, Washington. While studying at University of Washington, he received his college degree in just three years. He then attended law school at one of the nation's top 20 law schools, the University of Minnesota. During law school, Mr. Rosen worked as an intern for the public defender's office, gaining valuable negotiation and trial skills. Mr. Rosen finished law school in the top 1/3 of his class.

After graduation, Mr. Rosen was a prosecutor in King County and then at the Attorney General's office. Mr. Rosen then went into private practice, focusing on criminal defense.

Mr. Rosen is a member of several legal organizations, which provide him even more resources with which to represent you. His membership includes the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the King County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, and NORML.
